Location: Our DCs are situated in a low-risk area for natural disasters, with easy access to major highways and close proximity to a power substation and fiber optic mainlines.

Building Design

Dimensions: The initial building footprint is 50,000 square feet, with a clear height of 15 feet to accommodate racks and cooling infrastructure.

Construction: Reinforced concrete structure with modular design for easy expansion. The roof is designed to support solar panels for supplemental power.

Security Measures

Physical Security: 24/7 CCTV surveillance, biometric access control at all entrances, and perimeter fencing.

Scalability and Future Expansion

Expansion Plan: Space reserved adjacent to the initial structure for future expansion of up to 100,000 additional square feet.
